Train with athletes who are working toward the same goals. Our Semi-Private groups max out at 5 members. The goal of our periodized weight training programs are designed to improve overall mobility, strength, and cardiovascular health. *Rates

Is a group training class that trains 3 days per week. The best way to describe this class would be to say it's Gumbo. a hybrid of all the stuff most people need to do, hate to do, sort of want to do, all wrapped in beautiful bouquet flowers and sweat.

DMS Therapy
Much of muscle pain stems from various conditions, strain, lactic acid build up, scar tissue, etc… The DMS uses percussion, mechanical vibrations that reach deep into the muscle tissue to stimulate proprioceptive functions. No other device on the market matches the effectiveness of the DMS.

VO2 Max Testing
VO2 testing is the single most effect way to measure your cardiovascular fitness and maximize your training. Vo2 testing will measure a person’s ability to transport oxygen from the air and deliver it to the working muscles. It provides you with a detailed breakdown of your unique fitness profile and also gives you the information you need to reach the next level in your training.
The test will be performed on a treadmill or bike. You will be connected to our KORR Cardio Coach via a face mask and heart rate monitor. The intensity will increase at one minute intervals through speed or incline in order to raise both oxygen consumption and heart rate. The minimum the test can last is four minutes and the maximum the test can last is 24 minutes. The time on the treadmill or bike is up to you, we want you to keep going until you have reached your anaerobic threshold so times will vary depending on fitness levels. Once we have hit our markers or the stop button, we will do a two minute recovery, where you will stay connected to the equipment. After that we will go through all your results.
