Seito in Japanese means student and it usually refers to very young students. Since I believe we should all be students of our craft and life. I’ve posted this name as a reminder to always be a student and a sponge when it comes to seeking knowledge.
Welcome to WF Athletics
Philosophy:
Our Philosophy: Work forward, take every opportunity to learn and believe in what you are doing.
The WF Athletics family has two objectives.
1: The continued development of the professional, collegiate and high school athletes focusing on sport.
2: To Implement training protocols for the Corporate Athlete. It doesn't matter if you fly the corporate jet or the desk. We have a program for you.
Over the years we had the privilege of coaching both athletes from a varied of sports and Industries from Disney Feature Animation and Paramount Pictures. To Water Polo, Olympic Skeleton and everything in-between. As our community is growing so must our knowledge base on training protocols.
Every athlete has an individualized training program that is scientifically based. The programs focus is to develop strength, speed, power and endurance specific to the athlete and his or her sport and or needs. While also implementing recovery and pre-hab protocols in order to help decrease their potential for injury.

What does the WF in your company name stand for?
The W is the name my friends call me, which is Wood and the F is the industry I belong to fitness and athletics. Besides I thought Wood fit or fitness would be a terrible name by its self.
